The following is just the tip of the iceburg, but should get you started:

Firstly, you should educate yourself on what eBay is and how it works (see Key eBay Links). Each team member should come up to speed on eBay in order to properly contribute to the team's work.
Next, your team needs to register with eBay. To do this you will need an eBay user ID, account password, an email address and a street address (please use the street address of one member of your team). Remember, not to use personal team members' email addresses or the email addresses provided to you through your educational institution. You will need to set up a new email address through a provider such as Google www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount
Then, make sure each team member has the project email address and password, and all of the eBay account information. It is highly recommended that one member from each team coordinate activity on the eBay account, however all team members should be able to access the eBay account and project email address.
